A Hundred Little Times

You may be thinking, “What about the times that I just can’t feel grateful, it just won’t come, it just isn’t there.” Don’t start there, and don’t worry about those times. Start with when you get up in the morning or start when your mind wanders. Start with the spaces of your day, when you could just as easily go to gratitude as thinking about the weather.
