NeuroPositivity

“NeuroPositivity” is what results when you increase the growth and stimulation of neuropathways in the brain that control positivity. We can liken it to a positive state of mind, but it really goes even further. It is a “positive state of being.”

The rationale for “NeuroPositivity” is simple: to increase your experience of personal well-being by increasing the positivity of your brain at a neuronal level.

Why is this important?

1. Your brain runs efficiently and easily on positivity. Your thinking and feeling faculties are sharper. You simply feel good.

Dealing With Past Negatives

If you go back through your life, you'll find that whenever one door closed, another door opened. Here's a very short-term approach to long, endless, needless, psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. Make a list of every door that closed in your life in one column, and then next to it, make a list of the doors that subsequently opened. Perhaps they didn't open right away, perhaps you spent a little time, or what seemed like a very long time, getting ready for the next door to open. But it always opened. The next door always opens when you expect that it will. Feel sorry for yourself forever, act and feel like a victim, moan, groan and complain, and that door will take longer to open.

The more attention you pay to the door that is closed, the longer it takes to find the door that will open.
