NeuroPositivity

“NeuroPositivity” is what results when you increase the growth and stimulation of neuropathways in the brain that control positivity. We can liken it to a positive state of mind, but it really goes even further. It is a “positive state of being.”

The rationale for “NeuroPositivity” is simple: to increase your experience of personal well-being by increasing the positivity of your brain at a neuronal level.

Why is this important?

1. Your brain runs efficiently and easily on positivity. Your thinking and feeling faculties are sharper. You simply feel good.

2. You thrive at a cellular level and your entire body is programmed more toward wellness and well-being.

These two profound truths affect not only how you feel, but everything you do.

Rewire Your Brain

The capacity of the brain to rewire itself, which we now call neuroplasticity, gives us significant information about its essential functioning, so we are less troubled by anxiety, worry, dread, fear and the root causes of problems which up to now we haven't been able to tap into and solve. This includes the new research and work on positive mood predisposition and the greater regulation of mood and emotion outside of the use of drugs. We now know that the brain continues to change and grow over our entire lifetime. It responds to the stimuli it receives in ways that can grow our mind in either a positive or a negative direction. And this process never ends, until we die. Talk to yourself in the kindest, most gentle and forgiving way you would talk to others. Say to yourself: "I am a good and loving person, I take care of myself and I love myself." Or: " (your name) I thank you, (your name) I respect you, (your name) I love you." Do it over and over and over again and your amygdala (that place of negative emotion in your brain) will shrink because it’s less active!
