NeuroPositivity
“NeuroPositivity” is what results when you increase the growth and stimulation of neuropathways in the brain that control positivity. We can liken it to a positive state of mind, but it really goes even further. It is a “positive state of being.”
The rationale for “NeuroPositivity” is simple: to increase your experience of personal well-being by increasing the positivity of your brain at a neuronal level.

The “Buzz” on Flourishing
Positive affect is negatively correlated with anxiety. You can create and grow positive emotion without waiting for a reason to feel good, to feel positively. But we are not taught to "feel good" for no reason at all. Rather, all of our lives we have learned from the world around us that we need little or no reason to feel negatively.
Developing positive emotion, increasing the agility to have and use positive affect, learning to sustain it, intensify, and live with it as the ambient sound track of your life, are all possible. You can do it all, and in the process lower anxiety because it no longer matches this new ambient sound track of your life- that new more positive song that plays softy in the back of your mind, replacing the "buzz" of chronic apprehension.
