The more time you spend in an UpSpiral, the more time you play to your strengths. These strengths used individually and collectively create a buffer zone against negativity. It will take longer for a negative situation to “get to you”, there will be less resistance to the stress it can create on a physical level, and you will have a greater “reaction” time/space buffer” to some blessing that is occurring in and disguised as a negative.
You won’t react as quickly, you won’t jump at it emotionally so fast, and it won’t negatively affect you so quickly. It will not affect you for as long or at the emotional depth which it used to. The buffer that is developed by being in the UpSpiral both resists and heals negative emotion and negative experiencing.
Increase your vibration by playing to your strengths and you will increase your resistance to what is negative and to what brings you down. It just won’t affect you in the same old ways. When you do get down, you spend much less time
