Soooo, The Only Place to be Negative is Your Sleep...
Your ego is fighting its last battles in your sleep, where your consciousness can control it least of all. Our nightmares and our waking up feeling low and embattled are the signs that a million negative neuropathways that are not being used are fighting to stay alive and are losing the battle in the process. Actually they are dying from a lack of use, from getting the oxygen and glucose they need from a lack of use because you are being less and less negative and more and more positive in your waking hours.
Because you will not allow them to express in the light of day, they hide and come out at night in our sleep where we are less guarded, except by Spirit. But Spirit knows your strengths and knows that you can endure this battle toward a positive mind that remains always in an UpSpiral.
The more horrific the dreams, the more you know that your ego is showing itself and dying what seems like a very, very slow death. But it is dying because your days are brighter, fuller of hope and fuller of joy and very good thing. Negatives last little time at all and the ego has so little wiggle room these days to breathe, except in your deep sleep.
