
In this process, one day at a time, you’re learning to focus on positive emotions and to forget about the negative ones for a while. And after a while, you will forget about most of them. Those you don’t forget and you still want to talk through, can be handled later. When you grow stronger and more confident and when you “feel good”, not a lot of time gets spent on talking about what “feels bad” because is just doesn’t seem that important. It doesn’t fit the ongoing flow of life. Talk about the negative will feel against the flow of the positive stride of life.
