“NeuroPositivity” is what results when you increase the growth and stimulation of neuropathways in the brain that control positivity. We can liken it to a positive state of mind, but it really goes even further. It is a “positive state of being.”

Counseling and therapy can spend way too much time digging, and much more needless time seeing, “what comes up”. If it isn’t pressing against forward moving progress- really pressing- then leave it alone and move on. Keep your eye on the next pitch of life so you can hit it or move out the way if the ball might hit you. You can’t get on base if you aren’t swinging the at the ball and you can’t swing at the ball if you’re in some dug-out talking to a therapist about the game you’re missing and resenting it.
