Dear Dr. Bill and Dr. Don:
What have I gotten from this experience? Reflecting back on my journey starting before the classes started in March. I was in the DownspiraI could feel it in my throat closing up, I found it difficult to speak. It was difficult to express my feelings. My role as a caretaker was not working for me.
Taking all of this into prayer I made the decision to enroll in the Applied Neuroscience Institute in March.
By using the Emotional Gym, daily Love, Peace, Joy and Gratitude pulsing, and the movements to music has changed my attitude and I have been more optimistic. Recording my US, ES, VC and DNS scores are in the high 90’s to 98,.99, recording my scores everyday on my calendar is a reminder. I choose to stay in the Upspiral I am the cause of my Joy, Love, Peace and Gratitude. It is my state of being as Gratitude I know that I feel good everyday no matter what is going on around me. I have discovered that the healthier I am everyone around me is health. I always loved to journal as I create my day. Writing to the Universe and knowing what I want. I love it!! The lesson is that I was lowering my standards in many areas of my life. Using of my strengths, Fairness, equity and justice, and Gratitude I have felt a newness of my soul that I can have what I want, believe I can have it and open to the Universe for it to show up.
The benefit of the VC in my life I understand why I put on weight and how I became aware of the vibration of what I was thinking, doing and how I felt about my body. So, applied this to my actions, and words I lost 25 pounds, what I have learned is that I do not need food to feel good. Wow!! I have set a goal to become more physically fit, with strength building exercises to stay in that vibration of healthy body.
My Gratitude Journal is overflowing and I get more and more things to be grateful for.
Working with a client made me feel empower in my own life giving back to encourage one more person to live a better life, more meaning making and build and broaden the good their life. At first it was not comfortable working with this client, The resistance was maybe knowing the client as a member of the Center and the connection of Practitioner, Minister. That has passed and I look forward to the weekly sessions and I will continue until the end of the 20 weeks. I plan to take on another client in September who is going into Prac.II. I do believe it is for me more than the student. Since I have applied my new skills in my ministry as in counseling I have increased my clients as well as increase financially.
The learning and meaning for me has just open more doors of infinite possibilities. I am excited about my ministry, expanding as I grow in applying my talents and strengths and my 5 year goals have given me direction and to DREAM BIG!! Moving into my Condo in Palm Springs was one dream and I am open for more good then I could ever image before, I am willing and accept it right now.
