I feel truly blessed to have been able to participate in and benefit from this amazing twenty week workshop. It has brought about a huge transformation in my life with regard to moving from negativity and depression towards positivity and feeling optimistic about myself and my life.
I now have an array of strategies that I can utilize in order to feel good every day of my life no matter what situation I find myself in. I am much more conscious of my thoughts and what I can do on a proactive basis in order to keep myself in an UpSpiral.
On a professional level, the course has opened up a whole new career path as a coach to me and in addition, it has made me think very deeply about how I will choose to practice Psychotherapy with my future clients. For me the challenge will be in incorporating the concepts and exercises I have learned in the course into the work I do with my clients.
I have thoroughly enjoyed both the mini-pod and the larger group experience facilitated by Dr Larkin. This has given me the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by others and to be encouraged by their growth and wisdom.
I am deeply grateful for the knowledge, experience and unique sense of humor of both Dr Larkin and Dr Johnson and I have been touched and inspired by the richness of the lecture material and all the assignments that we have been required to complete.
As someone who has suffered from Major Depression for almost four decades, this course has brought new people into my life, given me new strategies and ways of thinking and has given me the insight and opportunity to know that ultimately, I have full responsibility for my mental and emotional well being and how I choose to live my life. Perhaps more importantly, I now have optimism that I can live to my fullest potential every day and actually be a happy person.
I am very grateful to Dr Larkin and Dr Johnson and all my fellow VisioNavigators that I have met on this amazing journey. From the bottom of my heart, thank-you!
