I will forever practice what I have learned over these past 20 weeks. I am a happier, more positive person. And that has changed every aspect of my life. The emotional gym works. Using my strengths and working daily with the emotional gym, sustains me in my positive UpSpiral. I know I am building psychological capital because negative events are not having the same effect they once did. These were important first steps that put me in the state of mind I needed to be in for VibeCore and FuturePac. I am more satisfied at work. I am experiencing flow daily. I loose myself in every new challenge and time flies by. For the past month, I have been working with a co-worker who is planning to retire at the end of the year. He gets stressed out easily and goes to his learned negative thought patterns. When he starts to show signs of stress, I go to the emotional gym and tap into peace. This past week, he said, he enjoys working with me and that I have a calming effect on him. He has told me several times that the project we are working on, The Orange County Fair, has never gone this smoothly. Before this class I would have participated in the negative chatter with my co-worker and both of us would have been stressed. Now, I don’t take the bait. Instead, I use my strengths to put a positive spin on it. I would have to say, the most significant change in my life is my vision for the future. I know what I want in life. That is huge! Having some ideas, in the back of my mind, does not compare in any way to having clearly defined goals, visions, and dreams in writing. As I continue to learn and grow, I can change my goals. The FuturePac process also revealed some goals I would not have expected. I visualize my wants and desires and I know how I will feel when they manifest. I have learned the formula for discovering what makes meaning in my life. This was a fun process that I can’t wait to share with others. I am now equipped with the mental and emotional tools needed to make my dreams become reality. I am eternally grateful! Thank you.

I have a much better understanding of what my strengths are, and have learned how to incorporate them into my day. Developing my strengths has given me the clarity and focus to determine what I want. Knowing what I am good at has contributed to the belief that I will attract the things I want in my life.
The life coach training class of the Applied Neuroscience Institute has given me a gift of renewed life with solid direction. I now have a more meaningful life, experiencing a natural progression with renewed vigor, enthusiasm for each day, and a defined personal significance and meaning.
